Join us for another successful Cleveland County Bridal Fair on Saturday, March 3, 2018!
This show is an opportunity for you – the small business vendor – to meet and interact with potential brides as they make their event decisions. Our goal is to provide you with an environment conducive to promoting your specific business to reach your target audience. We ask for full participation, tell your friends, share it on social media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat... Get the word out! Let’s make this another successful bridal fair!
Bridal Fair Sponsorship: $500 - includes a double size indoor booth, power, table and 2 chairs. Your logo listed on all printed and website material as well as logo included on the dress of the bride in the bridal fair logo.
Indoor Booth Rental: $250 - Power will be available for $25.00. Each booth will be approx 8 x 8 feet. You are free to decorate your area to accommodate your specific needs. We will provide a table and 2 chairs.
Outdoor Booth Rental (under the tent): $200 - Power will be available for $25.00. Each booth will be approx 8 x 8 feet. You are free to decorate your area to accommodate your specific needs. We will provide a table and 2 chairs.
If you would like more than one booth you will need to contact us.
Please note: Your booth MUST be attended at all times. Breaking down early will result in a $100 fine. Upon payment of the fine you will receive the brides list and information.
A complete list of all registered brides will be provided to you after the show. This will include contact information provided and date of wedding.
Deadline for registration and payment is due by December 15, 2018.
